At The Maad Hatta Cap Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in its original condition
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Include all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized products
Products made specifically to a customer's specifications
Sale or clearance items identified as final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. The Maad Hatta Cap Co. is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
